	MANAGEMENT TEAM
	Richard P. Burgoon, Jr., President and COO – Mr. Burgoon's extensive background includes over 20 years within the life science industry.  His career has incorporated professional management experience with start-up and public companies.  As a member of the California Bar Association, Mr. Burgoon began his career as an associate with a national law firm.
	Kenneth J. Yonika, CFO - Mr. Yonika is a licensed CPA and senior financial executive with more than 18 years experience working with CPA firms, distribution companies, biotech and software companies.  He has held responsibility for financial reporting and management in billion dollar biotech companies and start-ups, to meet all requirements of SEC filings and Sarbanes-Oxley rulings
	Dori K. Gavitt, Director of Marketing and Sales - Ms. Gavitt brings with her more than 8 years experience in emerging business lines and technology as well as a proven ability to expand market and project growth.  She has worked with various business organizations in developing new and innovative marketing programs and strategies; including product development, branding, media planning, and customer support.

	BOARD OF DIRECTORS
	Tulip BioMed’s Board of Directors offers advice to us on business matters such as infrastructure development, operations, sales and marketing.
	John Johnson, Chairman of the Board - Mr. Johnson is one of the early innovators of medical devices used in plastic and aesthetic surgeries.  He brings more than 30 years of experience in research and development as well as management positions with several founding technology companies in the plastic, cosmetic and medical devices industries. He is the inventor of the company's patented Tulip® system, CellFriendly™ technology, the Tulip SuperLuerLok™, the Johnnie Lok™, as well a various other patents and technologies.  Mr. Johnson is also the founder of Tulip Medical.
	Ernest J. Dronenburg - Mr. Dronenberg retired as partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP in June of 2006 and currently practices with that organization as a full-time multi-state tax consultant.  In 1978, he won his first of five consecutive four-year terms as an Equalization Board member.  He served as chairman of the Board of Equalization, as well as a member and the chairman of the Franchise Tax Board on five occasions.  He has held the position of president and /or board member on almost every major state tax association in the United States, including, in 1997, being a commissioner on the IRS Restructuring Commission, president of the Federation of Tax Administrators and Western States Association of Tax Administrators.  In July 1999, Dronenberg was appointed to the San Diego County Board of Education, elected as president of the board in January 2000, re-elected to this position in January 2001 and currently serves as vice president.  Since 2003, he has also served as a member of the Regional Board of Directors of the Southern California division of the Salvation Army.
	Dr. Leonard Glass - Dr. Glass retired from the practice of medicine in 2005.  He was licensed to practice medicine by the State of California, and received board certifications from the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Plastic Surgery.  He was a professor of plastic surgery at the University of California, San Diego, a consultant to the California Medical Board and DexCom, Inc., and a member of the San Diego County Medical Society, California Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Plastic Surgeons and American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
	Barry Soper -  Mr. Soper has over 30 years experience in entrepreneurial business.  Since 2005, he has been a member of the board of directors of the Oak Grove Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides 24-hour educational and residential treatment to children with a variety of psychological, social, emotional, behavioral, medical and neurological problems.  From 1986 to 1993, he acted as a member of the board of directors of the St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Diego.
	John Baldwin - Mr. Baldwin's experience includes over 30 years in business. From 1971 until the present, he has been the president of Baldwin Pacific Group, which develops and manages numerous manufactured housing communities, mobile home parks, and other commercial real estate throughout Southern California.  He has been nationally recognized for his contributions to the manufactured housing community.  His manufactured housing community and other real estate projects have spanned throughout the Western United States.

	BOARD OF SCIENTIFIC ADVISORS
	A panel of internationally renowned experts in the field comprises Tulip BioMed’s Board of Scientific Advisors, advising us on procedural changes, new trends, issues, accessories and new instrument demands.
	Robert W. Alexander, M.D., D.M.D., F.I.C.S. Recognized as one of the top plastic surgeons in his field. Always, an innovator, he has helped introduce several new methods. Dr. Alexander also is actively involved in teaching other surgeons. His teaching programs are recognized by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Alexander is Board Certified in Cosmetic Surgery. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Society of Liposuction Surgery, American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery and American Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgery. He is further distinguished by his numerous awards, research grants and publications.
	Robert A. Ersek, M.D., F.A.C.S. Dr. Ersek is an internationally acclaimed surgeon. Recognized by his profession, he has published more than 100 articles and delivered lectures around the world. Dr. Ersek’s publications range from reconstructive surgical methods to skin grafting and technical reports on the suction-assisted lipectomy process. Dr. Ersek has developed and invented unique procedures for many surgical techniques. He is dedicated to the highest standards in the medical profession. Among his many activities, Dr. Ersek is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Southwest Texas University and an Instructor at the University of Texas. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
	J. William Little, M.D., F.A.C.S. Clinical Professor of Surgery at Georgetown University, pursues a solo private Practice of plastic surgery in Washington, D.C. limited to facial rejuvenation. He is a member of some 30 surgical societies (including the American and European Associations of Plastic Surgeons), a Past President of six (including the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation), and an Honorary Member of eight. He is the U.S.A. Representative to the Council of Delegates of the International Confederation of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeons and past Secretary General of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, where he holds the designations Professor of Postgraduate Education in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and past Traveling Professor. He is Chair of the Board of Governors of the National Endowment for Plastic Surgery, a major funding agency for clinical research in plastic surgery. He has made over 150 contributions to the plastic surgical literature and presented some 700 invited panels, courses, and lectures world-wide.
	Thomas F. Mitts, M.D. Dr. Mitts experience includes more than two decades practicing as a plastic surgeon. He is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Mitts has been published in peer-reviewed medical and scientific journals in addition to having presented results of original research at numerous national and international scientific and medical conferences. Dr. Mitts is a leading plastic surgeon and President of Human Matrix Sciences LLC a private company that develops novel anti-aging skincare products for the professional and retail markets. Dr. Mitts is a co-inventor of the Forticelle peptide technology and has co-authored numerous issued and pending patent applications.
	Oscar M. Ramirez, M.D., F.A.C.S. Dr. Ramirez is an internationally acclaimed plastic surgeon known for his innovative surgical techniques in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. He is an international speaker on advanced plastic surgery techniques. Dr. Ramirez has more than 18 years of experience in the field. He has been featured in many important newspapers and magazines and has been interviewed by television stations worldwide. Dr. Ramirez is a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He holds academic appointments as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Ramirez has been a visiting professor at many university centers in the USA, Asia, Europe and South America. He is actively involved in research and teaching and gives surgical demonstrations to other plastic surgeons around the world. Dr. Ramirez has authored over one hundred articles, a number of textbooks on aesthetic surgery and endoscopic surgical techniques, as well as serving as a contributing author for an additional twenty medical textbooks. Dr. Ramirez is a member of numerous Professional Societies and is the recipient of many awards and special nominations including among the 2000 Outstanding Scientists of the 21st Century.
	Luiz S. Toledo, M.D. Dr. Toledo is one of the best known and most sought after aesthetic surgeons both in Brazil and abroad. Dr. Toledo is known and respected as an innovator in the surgical techniques of facial rejuvenation and body contouring. A highly sought after lecturer, Dr. Toledo demonstrates to his colleagues, both nationally and internationally his techniques for recontouring the face and body, with the removal and replacement of localized fat. He is one of the key developers of superficial liposculpture, the newest technique to improve the contour of the body. A popular television talk show guest, Dr. Toledo has appeared on NBC’s EXTRA and countless women’s and news programs. Dr. Toledo holds the title of Specialist in Plastic Surgery, by the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery, the Medical Association of Brazil and Professor of Post-graduate Education in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Toledo has presented more than 400 lectures in Congresses and Symposiums throughout the world, published more than 50 papers in Brazilian and International publications, and edited twelve textbooks about plastic surgery. He has given more than 60 teaching courses about Aesthetic Surgery and organized 15 international Congresses and Symposiums. He is currently the Chairman of the Public Education Committee of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Toledo has been featured in magazines throughout the world, including American and British Vogue, Elle, Allure amongst others. Dr. Toledo is now living in Dubai.
	Woffles T.L. Wu, M.B., B.S., F.R.C.S., F.A.M.S. Dr. Wu is one of Asia’s most prominent plastic surgeons, as well as a highly sought after speaker. Dr. Wu has over 250 newspaper articles, magazine, TV and Radio interviews. He has been featured as one of the 19 most famous aesthetic surgeons in the world. Dubbed the “Beauty Guru” in the Hong Kong press, he is most famous for inventing an innovative procedure called the Woffles Lift. Dr. Wu is the Medical Director and Consultant Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeon to the Woffles Wu Aesthetic Surgery and Laser Centre. He has held numerous academic appointments and is the recipient of many honors and awards. He has presented over 126 invited panels, workshops and lectures worldwide. He is active in research and has published many papers relevant to plastic surgery. He is an active member in over 8 International Plastic Surgery Societies and has held over 18 official positions in Committees and Organizations in Asia. Dr. Wu is the regional editor for the journal, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and has regular columns in Her World and Citta Bella magazines, Cosmetic Surgery and Beauty, and the Indonesian Newspaper, Nyata.
